All logos including the VPN Americas and A.V.P.N logos used within this site are copyrighted by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana. In addition, they are an internationally and legally recognized trademark of the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana. VPN Americas members or anyone else may not modify the logo or create a new logo for use in promotional or other materials without the express permission of the A.V.P.N. and/or VPN Americas.

In addition, members or anyone else may not use the official logos of A.V.P.N and/or VPN Americas in promotional or other materials in such a way as to suggest that the use of the logo indicates membership in the association if this is not the case. This applies also in cases where an original location is a valid member, but subsequent locations under the same proprietorship have not been separately certified. In such a case, the VPN logo may only be used for the certified location.
